CAREER OBJECTIVE
I am looking for an opportunity to work in the Senior/Mid senior role where I can apply my skills, and qualifications in managing the Quantity Surveying for the construction projects.
CAREER SUMMARY
More than eight years employment in the construction industry as a Quantity Surveyor and worked in Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar and presently in Bahrain
Experience gained in Pre and Post contract practices on a variety of projects including High rise building, office complex, hospitals, hotels, roads, water distribution projects, sports complex (Gymnasium), defense camps, Air Base, Power supply, Landscaping and Irrigation projects. I am conversant with applications of condition of contract (FIDIC), and Method of Measurement SMM7, CESMM3. I have ability to adopt changing environment. I can liaise effectively with team members and work under pressure.

Project: Durrat Al Bahrain Resort a world-class residential resort development project consists of several islands Six Atolls, Five Petals, Hotel Island, Crescent Area, Golf Course, Marina and Support/Services Area, will consist of 13 distinctive islands to be developed over 20 sq km of pristine desert and sea. The residential and resort city will comprise 2,000 villas, 3,000 apartments and various community facilities including schools, mosques, health centres, an 18-hole golf course and sports and leisure facilities specifically suited to families. In addition a promenade featuring a marina and commercial facilities encompassing a variety of traditional souqs and modern shopping areas as well as numerous restaurants and cafes will ensure both residents and visitors a variety of activity.
Client: The Project Company, Durrat Khaleej Al Bahrain, is equally owned by the Government of Bahrain and Kuwait Finance House, Bahrain (KFH ).
Duties:
* Initially Pre Contract practices for the project, Cost planning or budget estimate, Preparation of Bills of Quantities especially for infrastructure section Potable Water Supply Network System, Irrigation Water supply Network System and Luxury and semi-luxury villas.
