5. Riyadh Technical College Project Phase-1, Consisted of Eight Buildings ( Ground + Two).

* Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of Project Bill of Quantities according to actual execution & approved shop drawings.
2. Preparation of Project Payment certificate (Arabic / English).
3. Follow up to Consultant / Client's Quantity Surveyor for the approval of Final Bill of Quantities & Payment Certificate and Variation order (If Any).
4. Preparation of Bar bending schedule.5. Preparation of List of Project Materials (Civil) and quantities & submit to Procurement department.
6. Reviewing of Supplier's Quotations and preparation of price comparative statement.
7. Follow up to Material Supplies & sub-Contract to deliver the material as per approved time schedule.
8. Final Inspection, acceptance of complete works, testing & commissioning of equipments, check as built drawings (Civil & Architecture) to ensure that all the relevant information have been incorporated.
9. Preparation of civil, electrical & mechanical subcontractor invoices according to site progress.
10. Assist to Project Manager for the all above noted matter.

1. Supervised building construction, site developments (water, sewer line, road constructions etc.)
2. Prepared material consumption (Daily, Weekly & monthly) statement.3. Prepared bar bending schedule.
4. 1987 to 1988 worked under Quantity Control department which supervised by Chief Quantity Surveyor.
5. 1988 to end, worked under Quantity Surveyor department as Project Quantity Surveyor.
