DESCRIPTION OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Resident Construction Manager
Development of Construction Plan of Approach, Perform Constructability Studies, Overall in charge of execution and completion of the Construction Project and Pre-commissioning with responsibilities over HSE, Project Controls, Subcontract Management, Client Communications and Equipment & Material Management. Extensive use of Primavera Suretrack project scheduling, MS Office and Lotus Notes.
* Subcontract Manager
Development of Subcontract Plan and Strategy in accordance with the Project Master Plan, preparation of Contract Terms and Conditions, Subcontractor pre-qualifications and selection process, Requests For Proposals, Bid Analysis, Contract Negotiations and Award, Subcontract Administration, Final Close Outs and Subcontractor Evaluations.
* Reformer Consultant / Construction Engineer
Perform Constructability Study and recommend Erection Procedures for plants comprising of Reformer and Heater. Project site assignment included monitoring erection in accordance with the recommended erection procedure and requirements of drawings and specifications, finding resolutions to field erection issues.
* President / Managing Partner
Start up and management of a small Mechanical Construction business. Duties included Business Development, Estimating / Proposals, Project Management and managing of Personnel and Business Operations.
* Estimator / Planner / Project Manager
Performed estimating for proposals and managing of Construction Projects in the Petrochemical industry. I was directly assigned as Turnaround Planner to clients for major turnarounds. Extensive planning and execution experience on several Major Turnarounds.
