o    Overview: The Detroit Medical Corporation (DMC) operates 14 hospitals and approximately 100 clinics throughout south-east Michigan. This project is a scheduled four year, $24 million dollar ($4.7 million electrical) emergency department renovation bid project. I not only marketed the job for Bayview Electric but was a team-player in the estimate and the sole field operations manager. General Contractor: Barton-Mallow

Electrically, this project was a $9 million/23 month T&M project. My responsibilities included but were not limited to: estimating projects with-in this project, responsible for up to 92 jobsite persons, responsible for material purchasing, jobsite payroll, customer billing and project tracking using popular software products.
