Developed Risk Management Plan that resulted in issuance of a risk assessment report to client at project kick-off meeting detailing quantifiable risks and monitoring points. Result: This effort resulted in on-time delivery of product and a completely satisfied customer. The risk profile is now part of company level proposal review and implemented in individual project execution plans to help evaluate and monitor project risks.

CORPORATE/CIVIC RESPONSIBILITY
Supported corporate commitment to the community by volunteering for the "Junior Achievement Program". My responsibility included teaching grade school students a social study program that focused on regional industries and how to market products to consumers. While in college I participated in "Literacy Volunteers of America". I tutored incarcerated adults and high school students. Performed as Lead Diver on "1993 Flood" damage control and assessment. Created and communicated inspection reports to client's engineers. Supervised the inspection and repair of pipelines. Successfully completed all assigned jobs with zero accidents.

Hurricane reconstruction work included: platform inspection, scrapping / laying pipe, setting spool pieces, performing tie-ins, and installing risers.

"Exxon Job" included inspection and photo documentation, followed by grinding to reduce/prevent stress fractures in platform members. Coached dive Tenders on maintenance and operation of equipment and tools.
