Plan, organize and supervise the overall residential, light commercial and industrial construction development for the above said builders and contractors. Responsibilities include design and blueprint review and overall supervision of project, quantity surveying, preparation of construction documents, negotiations, sub- contractor selection, material purchasing, scheduling, project budget, quality control and certification of occupancy.

„« INDUSTRIAL PROJECT
Oversaw construction of a cosmetic chemicals manufacturing unit of our client M/s Universal Esters Limited. The factory consisted of Production unit with foundations for various machinery, explosive storage, office building, chimney and its r.c.c foundation, laboratory, electric room, effluent treatment unit, underground and overhead water tanks, security cabin, toilet block, loading and unloading platforms, warehouse etc. Project completed two weeks early.
Responsibilities included design review, co-ordination with architect and structural consultant, overall site supervision for concrete work, reinforcement steel co-ordination, foundations, masonry work, finishing work etc. as per architectural design, working out material requirement, quantity surveying ( as per I.S. codes ), taking measurements and preparing bills for client and sub-contractor, quality control etc.
„« RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
* Oversaw construction of a residential cum commercial complex of construction area 10,000 sq. ft. having 17 flats and 3 shops. The project was completed within deadline.
* Completed a residential and commercial complex of construction area 9000 sq. ft. on time and within budget. The complex consisted of 7 shops 5 offices and 5 luxurious flats.
* Recruited for troubleshooting structural problems during the construction of a residential complex of construction area 12,000 sq. ft. Project completed on time despite of delay due to structural problems.
* Oversaw construction of a residential complex of construction area 15,000 sq. ft. and completed on time.
