Essentially, it is a charity organization that helps new immigrants to find jobs in Montreal providing to companies specialized manpower from different countries that can help them to open new markets abroad. It allows me also to promote my services as an expert in international market development (engineering, construction and others areas). It is an interesting hobby that allows me to: do international marketing, be in contact with many cultures, give seminars, organize meeting, help people and maintain excellent relationship with them, practice languages, manage big among of people who have professionalism interest in: engineering, construction, high tech, etc.
