Provide support to the U.S. Department of Energy's Savannah River Site (SRS) 19 Divisions in their effort to develop an Activity Based Cost (ABC) Estimate Baseline. This includes scope, estimates, and schedules (using Primavera) of all the direct and indirect work. These estimates will be used in development of the Annual Operational Budget. Performed a critical assessment of the Defense Waste Processing Facility Program and Administrative & Infrastructure Division for potential cost savings.
