.Handling the establishment, start-up and launching of all the Group's various companies in Lebanon.
* Monitoring and controlling all the facets of the Group's operations in Lebanon, including human resources, public relation, legal and purchasing functions, in addition to the sales and marketing.
* Securing the human resources for the group as well as for the various group international branches.
* Performing training sessions on management policies' understanding/implementation and Group's culture.
* Supervising the procurement department.
* Negotiating, concluding, and managing all type of trading and contracting contracts.
* Daily Monitoring and supervision of the whole group's operations in Trading, Industrial and Real Estate fields.
* Managing all legal activities in collaboration with the Group's lawyers.
* Supervising and monitoring the government and public relation affairs.
* Managing the whole operation and intervening in all managerial aspects of the business.
* Group assets and properties' management.
* Acted as General Manager for the Group during around 4 years within my tenure.
* Headed the Owner's representative committee board, expressly set up to take all decisions related to technical, financial, administrative and marketing aspects.
Major achievements
* Established and set up 16 companies within the Group
* Handled the Recruitment process (screening, interviewing, short listing, contracts…) for the local and worldwide branches of "Mouawad" Group
* Contributed with the legal department in the elaboration of tight business contracts for Various purchases and awards, which value exceeded USD 70M
* Founded "Mouawad's" two trading companies: Comptoir Suisse and Roberge
* Concluded sales and acquisitions operations of a total volume of around USD 20M
* Established all administrative systems and processes, which contributed in enhancing the productivity and securing the control over many functions within the Group.
* Took major part in the procurement negotiations for many activities of the Group's various businesses, which led to a significant added value in terms of savings and optimal commercial and financial terms and conditions acquirement.
