KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Mr. Sunthara has 13 years (since 1994) experience in structural as well as civil engineering design, construction supervision of civil works and project management.
He has designed a variety of concrete and steel structures for buildings, bridges and culverts in Cambodia and Australia. He has well used American Standards such as AASHTO, ASTM, UBC, ACI and AISC codes and Australian Standards like AustRoads'92 Bridges Design Code, AS 1170, AS 3600 and AS 4100. Despite he gains major experience in Cambodia, he has been working for many international projects, especially with Asian Development Bank (ADB) and World Bank (WB) loan projects under supervision of international consultants. In addition to design work, he has undertaken construction supervision of several building and road rehabilitation projects.
Recently, he has been assigned to work as project manager/coordinator for several projects in design and supervision work. He is also capable to work and to be in charge of a few projects at the same time.

* PRIP, WB Loan, IDA Credit No. 38220-KH, Package E, (for RESCONEC Co., Ltd. and BCEOM): Team leader, in charge of design of 5 rural bridges and 4 box culverts. Responsible for hydraulic and structural design, coordination with the employer, preparation of cost estimate, construction schedule, Technical Specification and progress report.
