Issue whenever necessary to the Construction coordinators and subcontractors a list of available work fronts. Record daily area activity in a log.

- Assist subcontractors, check subcontractors method statements, and if necessary their safety plans in cooperation with site safety Manager.

- Ensuring all subcontractor organization on the site are in sufficient and with suitable qualification to manage all activities and provide continued supervision of the work.

- Thorough knowledge in interpretation of P&I drawings, General arrangement drawings and Isometric drawings. Preparation of field change drawings and as built drawings.

- Ensuring latest revised Documents are used in the job execution.

- Identification of Hydro test loops according to Piping class, Pressure and System.

- Piping inspection prior to Hydrotest and monitoring follow up for liquidation of punch list.

- Execution of work in adherence to quality requirements as per Specification, Contract documents and Drawings, witnessing the hold points of quality control plan.

- Initiate non conformance Reports & check that corrective actions have been performed.

- Ensuring quality control records maintained& filed.
- Monitor & audit quality control records of Sub contracor's.

- Handled various piping materials like Carbon steel, Low and High alloy steel, Inconel, Stainless Steel,Jacket piping Etc.

- Familiar with Shutdown job works.

- Analyse additional work & modifications to determine the cause and propose the solution to be implemented.

- Conversant with Fabrication & Installation works of Heaters & Reformers.

- Coordination with Client, Consultant, Sub contractors & Inter Departmental at various stages for expediting the job.

- Implementation of HSE policies of the company.
