The construction projects have been of small and large amounts of private and or federally funded as well as commercial, educational, financial, high end residential, big box, cross country pipeline installations, Rural Water / Waste Water, utility lines, Telecommunications "fiber & or copper" cross country installations, highways, and bridges. You will find my construction management and or supervision has been from design review to startup and owner acceptance of several projects in very fast paced and time liability projects. I have experience in pre-construction or conceptual consulting for the preliminary stages to acquire funding for construction opportunities. Reporting to the Principals, Funders, Local government and design engineers.
Project was completed ahead of penalty deadline!
This is a Sequencing Batch Reactor "SBR" plant! Multi Million dollar construction/startup. The project was from demolition to owner acceptance of finished project. This not only was the plant and landscape but also the custom built office and specialized laboratory buildings and the maintenance building with all specialized and custom details. (OWRB was the funder.)

(Sam's remodels, Flat Iron Shopping Mall, custom high-end homes). Travel and supervise, trouble shoot & evaluate quality of ongoing construction as to contract documents and or local entity restrictions and requirements in behalf of the owner and or General Contractor.

Engineer / Construction Manager Electrical fossil fuel, circulating
Fluidized bed (CFB) co-generating plant with two 320-megawatt hydrogen cooled generators. Operations / Construction manager and Inspection of new and old buildings "multi-story". Coordinate and manage as owner representative contractors of multiple skill sets and Union Classifications as the owner representative for all commercial and industrial construction on-site.
02/88 - 09/91 Rural Water District #9, Oklahoma. District Manager /
Owner rep, answering to an elective board of directors. Field construction coordinator and inspection /on-site consultant to contractors of construction of system and office buildings & High tech laboratories.

Construction manager Owner rep for new construction of GE Gas fired Turbine and building. 1150 ton a day NH3 plant. One H2 recovery unit, control room renovations & ordinance upgrades. Property Management & Inspection of all buildings and structures. Determined all compliance of waste systems with the federal, state & local government offices.
