NATURE OF WORK
SUMMARY OF DESIGN:
We get the P.O. (Purchase Order) from the marketing department (Which is in U.K.). P.O. consists of Customer Name, Address, Type of Building, Width, length, height, and basic design data (like loads, seismic zone, etc.,). Based on these P.O. information we have a specialized software called MSA (Modular Structural Analysis), MBS, CONEST supplied by U.K. Company. Using this software, we Input the data to the software, and we see the output of result of the building and its Weight, we compare this with the P.O. weight, if it matches, it is economical to customer required Otherwise if it is higher than the P.O. again we rerun the program for the optimization of the building to match the P.O. weight. Once this process complete we have a facility in the package to view the building how it looks, once we satisfy the view it will be forwarded for the detailing
SUMMARY OF DETAILING:
Once design process completed. From designs for the job, the same job will be carried out for Detailing. In detailing first step to make foundation Dwgs, Then erection drawings, fabrication drawings and bill of material. The process is carried out in the same software with the additional support of AUTOCAD & X-STEEL which will generate all the drawings like a Cross section plan, all elevations, roof, panels and openings (like windows, doors, etc., ) And also it generates drawings required for the fabrication on along with bill of materials.
After completion of fabrication it will pack and dispatched to the required site etc.,
The AISC/NISD/LRFD/ASD/OSHA & UK standards are used for above Projects
