Senior project manager, responsible for coordinating architectural/engineering consultants performing design services for the City, and supervising space planning projects performed by in-house staff.
1997-2002 Atkins Benham, Inc., St. Paul, MN
Senior project architect, project manager, overseeing 25 person architecture-engineering team which produced construction documents for 30 Target stores, new and remodeled. Responsible for budgets, schedules, coordination and review of project documents.
1993-1996 I & S Engineers and Architects, Mankato, MN
Senior architect, with responsibility for all architectural projects in the firm. Provided design, design development and specifications, and supervised drawing preparation for industrial, retail and educational projects.
1990-1992 RSP Architects, Minneapolis, MN
Senior project architect with responsibility for design and construction documents for Target retail stores, using client's prototype. Produced documents for approximately 25 stores.
1986-1990 Schwiebert Architects, Victoria, MN
Principal, with total responsibility of all architectural projects designed and administered within the firm. Projects included restaurants, park shelters, warehouses, retail store interiors, churches and residences.

Project architect, project manager, with total responsibility for all phases of 3 school additions and a bank and office building.

Project architect. Managed the design, design development, and construction for a variety of commercial, office, and industrial projects. Directed the renovation of historic Fitger Brewery in Duluth, and the space planning of 156,000 square feet of office space.
