- Installation of 56"Ø API 5L GR.70 x 0.817 WT, Construction of Pipe Receiver & Launcher, Thrust Anchor Block, Evaporation Pond with HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) linings, Office buildings, warehouse buildings, workshop buildings and other project components.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review of civil, structural and architectural shop and contract shop drawings and ensure their compliance with design and contract requirements and coordination with other trades in line with this purpose.
- Inspection / investigation of horizontal and vertical structures as per civil, structural and architectural aspects such as underground utilities, water and fire mains, septic tanks, lift stations, roads, car parks and buildings.
- Inspection of formworks/shuttering system, reinforcement, and other key elements to ensure quality, safety and constructability aspects are met and likewise issue NCR to any part of the work not complying with the required quality and safety.
- Monitor and note(time, activities, key staff present, observation details) the daily site activities to ensure the quality of work and in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, that only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings, and submit reports to the construction Managers.

- Inspection of site civil erection, finishing and lifting precast, concreting, foundation, excavation/backfilling/compaction, work permit coordination, interface and QA/QC documentation.
- Construction, QC Inspection of Grandstand, Control Tower, Media Centre, VIP Village and Paddocks.
- Inspection of a 3 layered with a length of 5.40 km and 12.0 m width racetrack.
- Inspection / checking of required materials before usage to ensure that project specification requirement and acceptability are met.
- Inspection of compaction for sub base and road sub base courses prior to spraying of primer in preparation for asphalt laying.
- Checking of asphalt temperature and other necessary test while laying is on progress to ensure that required specifications are met.
- Work includes road markings and traffic signs under the strict compliance of the client to ensure that required specification are met.

Undertaken various industrial and commercial projects, which includes the construction of full structural and architectural components of the building, bored piling, conventional concreting, pre cast walls, slabs and panels, steel trusses, post tension beams, water proofing membrane coating system, and all architectural finishes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execution and coordination of all quality control activities on site.
- Organize all QC inspections on and off site in coordination with the construction manager and site superintendents.
- Establish test plans including the preparation and review of all QC forms and reports and the verification of their implementation.
- Review civil, structural and architectural drawings to ensure their compliance with design and contract requirements including the proper coordination with other trades as per construction schedule.
- Perform inspection of scaffoldings, shuttering, formworks, reinforcement bars, level, alignment, location, etc. for all sub-structures and superstructures with respect to approved contract and safety requirements, drawings, and specification prior to concrete pouring.
- Inspection / checking of all underground laying activities ( i.e. GRP pipes, PVC pipes, concrete reinforced pipes, storm drain manholes, cable ducts, etc. ) and obtain approval prior to backfilling.
- Perform thorough inspection of all finishing works, ( i.e. block works, different kinds of tiles, painting, ceiling, walling, etc. ) and ensure that only the best quality is done.
- Inspection / checking of water proofing membrane and coating system as to materials and before and after installation of the same.

- Had initially functioned as a Quality Control Engineer responsible for the quality control of on-going projects based on the relevant drawings and specifications. Job entails estimating, site inspection and documentation of completed work items. Succeeding years had functioned as a Civil Engineer directly involved in a project supervision including preparation of Change Order and As-built Condition drawings.
