Preparing quality procedures for the infrastructures department complying with ISO 9000: 2000 requirements. Managing the internal and external audits of the department.

Review and comment the contractor documents and submittal of concrete and asphalt mix designs, civil works materials, method Statement, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Quality Manual, Project Quality Plan (PQP) and geotechnical investigation reports and ensuring their complying with contract specification.

Ensuring that QA related problems are solved in an efficient way and economically, ensuring that the contractor regular periodic audits are carried out on plan and all audit recommendations are carried out, ensuring that the method of testing materials is in accordance with the latest International Standards.

Construction of Cloverleaf Bridge with 72m span bridge/Overpass including associated earthwork, New Interchanges at Junction 1 & 2, 36 m Span bridge / Overpass and protection Gas Culverts & Construction all Infrastructures Works.
