Create a civil, mechanical, electrical, etc. risk management template and ensure resources are geared towards ameliorating risk. Co-ordinate with Project Finance for funds flow.
* Ability to Build and Retain relationship with client, suppliers, contractors, and other professionals, Proficiency in MS Office, Application Software: Excel & other spreadsheets, IPROSOFT Financial Management software, Project Planning software like: Primavera P3, MS Project, Basic knowledge in AutoCAD and AUTODESK
