Entrepreneurial Leadership: CIS deal negotiation in the context of local laws & regulations and securitization. Control span involved directing 15 to 30 personnel composed of business, sales, IT, construction and purchasing managers, secretarial & administrative staff, construction & trades personnel, and an accountant bookkeeper, webmaster and architect.
Bottom-Line: In the context of nine out of ten Western firms failing, delivered annual net profits of a minimum of $350K to a maximum of $1M. Personally spearheaded the importation of a number of specific products for the construction, building, computer development and communications industries credited with establishing long-term revenue streams with projected net profitability levels expected to exceed $1.1 M in FY2003.

Summary: Transformed a small, start-up specialty construction operation into a multifaceted and multinational military construction operation offering building material products and technical services to a global client base. Established sales divisions, offices, and agencies and secured contracts in Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, Egypt, Ukraine, Poland, and Thailand in addition to U.S. and European Common Market and directed PMs and senior engineers engaged in more than 500 project in over 20 countries. Scope included personally developing & managing a 12-sales office network. Monitored and directed all financial activities, services, and logistical support for all client requirements.
Entrepreneurial Leadership: Senior negotiator for commercial, industrial, and military construction with particular emphasis in latter part of tenure on specialty construction and environmental projects.

Summary: Purchased, processed, and resold materials and services meeting specifications and requirements on multi-billion dollar projects in the Middle East and Far East. Projects included US Military bases, foreign military establishments on which US Navy or US Corps of Engineer specifications applied.
