* Study of project tender documents prior to preparation of QA/QC procedures to cover all project specific requirements. Preparation and Qualification of Welding Procedure Specification, Method Statements, Quality control plans and Inspection and test plans. Welder qualification activities. Development of formats required for various QA/QC procedures. Co-ordination with client with QA/QC related activities.

* Co-ordination with subcontractors for approving QA/QC procedures and documents submitted by them related to their area of activities and services for the project and also getting it approved from client.

* Stage wise Inspection of Heat Recovery Steam Generator Boiler (HRSG) & Auxiliary Boiler, Diverter, By-pass and Main stack, Rotating equipment installation, other plant piping for various systems of power plant as per field quality assurance plans.

* Inspection of welding related activities of equipment and piping (Up to 96" Dia. & 19 mm Thick), Inspection of plant and equipment piping, piping of Gas & Steam turbine. Co-ordination with client and consultants representative for inspection activities. Witnessing of Pigging & Chemical cleaning of piping & equipment, Hydro test, Flushing of lines, Cardboard blasting etc. as per Inspection and test plans and Method statements.
