DOE, Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR), Moscow, Russia
Provide client oversight and representation to contractors and sub-contractors on the former Soviet states dismantling of their arsenal of weapons of mass destruction. Provide program management for the design and construction under the Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) facility in the Former Soviet Union through the U.S. Department of Energy to build a Neutralization and Dismantling Facility (NDF) in the Ukraine where the companies disassembled, eliminated, disposed and salvaged SS-19 missiles.

I was responsible to implement AFRN (Advanced First Responder Network) in Central Baghdad prior to country's first democratic election in 35 years. I was responsible to lead a team of junior engineers, contractor, and subcontractors. Responsibilities included leadership in preparation of detailed construction plans and specification on a design to build $150 million dollars project. Providing internal and external technical resources for client' and establishing a systematic course of action for self and others to ensure successful project completion. Yucca Mountain Nuclear Waste Repository, Nye County, NV
I was a consultant on environmental impact study for the proposed Yucca Mountain Repository project that that would occupy about 230 square miles (150,000 acres) of federal land that is currently under the control of the U. S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Air Force, and the Bureau of Land. At its crest, Yucca Mountain reaches an elevation of 4,950 feet. The Yucca Mountain Project had invited independent experts with relevant scientific and engineering backgrounds to review different project activities.
