I am 43 years old, I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, from the University of Phoenix , 2001. I am married with two children, and I currently live in Norman Ok.
I have 25 yrs construction experience, and I currently work for
Globe Construction out of Okc, as a superintendent. I have been with Globe for almost six years now, and have no lost time from any job related accidents.
My skills have been certified by the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), as Commercial and Residential carpenter. I have additional certifications from the AGC, OSHA, American Concrete Institute, the National Safety Council, and the Oklahoma Safety council.
My supervisory style is derived from a military dynamic, and expands through knowledge of innovative business management theories. My years of experience have exposed me to successful, as well as unsuccessful management styles, and my education has helped me understand the elements, which must be in place to assemble a successful team.
I am neither hot nor cold tempered, abrasive nor timed. My focus is forward movement, and task oriented, utilizing a psychodynamic of a “Team Based, Boundary less” management style, incorporating swift and effective project management science. I firmly expect and deliver concise and complete information, and I am fully aware of communication hazards.
I have experience with both ms/project, and expedition, but I need more. I also have experience with PowerPoint, and extensive exposure to Professional Presentations. On the other hand, I can operate a dozer, track hoe, backhoe, bobcat, or instrument.

Small interior finish out, client sensitive, build to suit, no plans, tight schedule.
• Schragg Animal Clinic, Oklahoma City Ok.
$1 million – ground up construction
Negotiated project, worked with the architect / designer, Dan Chappell out of Little Rock Ark. Dr. Schragg’s clinic was complete vet. Services, with ICU,
TX room, Exam rooms, X-ray, grooming, cat room, pharmacy / pharmacology area, hospital kennel, boarding kennel, and isolation unit.
The groundwork and slab were just as critical as any of the interior layout. We water cured the slab to achieve the best possible surface finish to meet manufacture’s specifications of the epoxy floor system.

Ground up construction
Acquired project from other General out of Tx. Who was having trouble keeping subs on project. Project was tremendously behind schedule, and high centered. Globe took on Project Management position, and assigned it to me.
• Academy Headquarters phase 1, (Federal Aviation Administration campus) Oklahoma City Ok
$2.7 million
This project included heavy mechanical contract, converting boiler systems and expanding chiller systems to work in concert, several thousand feet of 8” and 12” pipe. The project also included the premiere Aviation Library for the FAA campus.
• Oakdale Middle School, Oklahoma City Ok.
$770,000 - ground up construction
8000 sq ft. addition to the school, which included full line kitchen, cafeteria, and class rms.
