I'm also head of Workplace Safety and Health field department of our company. I supervise and manage a department of 26 workers. I work and co-operate with GosautotransNIIproject R&D institute (Kiev) and Gas R&D institute (Kiev). I'm responsible for staff recruiting, staff training and retraining, heavy equipment support design, welding, gas-cutting works and production, gas-cylinder equipment installing, test of cylinders, hydraulic and pneumatic high pressure tests (certification 30 MPa), maintenance and repairs, installed by our company equipment, purchasing materials, reduction of the production expenses and Workplace Safety and Health field.
