„± Lead the team as Resident Engineer for up-gradation of the Road project from Krishna Bridge to Lokapur (56 Kms) in Bagalkot District (U7B) of Karnataka State Highways under the FIDIC based ICB contract.
- Oversaw construction of 86 Culverts and 14 Major/ Minor Bridge Works in addition to 56 Kms road work execution.
- Managing tasks including Contract Management, Quality Assurance & Control and Site Management.
- Also responsible for implementing the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) comprising of change in alignments, reclamation of borrow areas, dust control, construction waste management, workforce management, workers¡¦ safety, traffic management etc.
- Successfully executed the Maintenance Project for strengthening and widening of 29.6 Kms of Road from Yarragatti to Hulikatti as part of the Karnataka State Highways Improvement Project in 2004.

„± Lead the team as Resident Engineer successfully executed the US $ 28 million World Bank funded project for strengthening and widening of 142 Kms of Road from Tallada to Devarapalli (SH-7), AP.
- Oversaw Site Management, Contract Management, Quality Assurance & Control, and Implementation of EMP for construction of the road, culverts and bridges.
- Played a key role in making design changes made to suit the present road condition including profile changes in various sections.
- This project was administered on the basis of FIDIC following the ICB process.
- Redesigned total cross drainage structures in the project as per site conditions.
- Generated drawings for 4-lane construction (10.6 Kms) through 6 villages in addition to normal 2 lane roads.
- Led the team in design revision of 35 Kms length of the highway in different sections; including improvements made to the Vertical Profile in certain sections of the road.
- Generated drawings for 7 Kms four-lane in 5 village limits and 3.6 Kms of 6-Lane constructions in Sattupalli town including preparation of 12 major junction improvement drawings as per IRC guidelines and traffic flow particulars.

- Acted as Sr. Material Engineer as per the directions of the Team Leader; for the 48 Kms Goothy Tadipatri Road (APSH6) Project in addition to the present road project.

„Ã Key member of the teams that successfully executed Strengthening and Widening of 18 Kms of the NH-4 Four Lane & 6-Lane Project in Karnataka (Belgaum Bypass).
- Assisted the Resident Engineer in monitoring and process control for all activities related to the project and project management.
- Focused on process control pertaining to paving of both Bitumen and Rigid Pavements.
- Redesigned alignment for 10 Kms, including 6 Km Six-Lane Road using CAD Applications.

- Led Site Management, Contract Management, Quality, Relationship Management activities for construction of an 80 Kms section of the contract; including 106 culverts and 8 bridges.
- Actively involved in design changes made to suit the present road condition and total profile changes (to suit the revised treatment).
- 2 Bridge Spans were revised as per flow discharge particulars. Modified certain cross drainage structures in the project as per the revised profile.

- Managed Planning and Quality Assurance of all construction activities being executed by the company at the Thermal Power station works in Palwancha, AP.
