* Monitoring, preparing and implementing checklist, project scheduling, dealing with consultants, assessment of shop drawings and Design Review.

* Checking material submittal and drawing submittals as per technical specification, contract document and program.

* Coordinate with Client, Project Managers, Consultants, Laboratory, Third Party
Inspections, Sub - Contractors and Suppliers.

* Coordinate with the Client / Consultant to ascertain their specific requirements on document control and shall ensure the compliance with such requirements and to keep the concerned personnel informed of such requirements.

* Follow-up closely the NCR issued and implementation for its agreed disposition with Consultant to close out the NCR.

* Assist the Construction Team in order to resolve the Quality & HSE related problems.

* In Coordination of Project Manager, preparing & reviewing Project specific Work Procedures, Method Statements, Work Inspection Request / Testing (WIRT), Request for Information (RFI) and Check lists & Implementing in accordance with the Project Quality Plan (PQP), HSE Plan, in co-ordination with the Site Engineers & Supervisory Staff. And getting the approvals from the Consultant after incorporating the applicable comments prior to implementation of the Inspection and Testing Activities.

* Project Co-Ordination in all MEP services like Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical, Air-conditioning, LPG Gas System including Testing and Commissioning.

* Implementing of Handing Over procedure for final handing over of the Property to Client & Consultant.
