Key roles and responsibilities:
o Ensuring the correctness of all YOC (Yokohama Operation Center) deliverables includes data, and responsible for consolidation with POC (Paris Operation Center) deliverables as projects leader.
o Responsible for the correctness of their all deliverables includes data and engineering data contents.
o Responsible for developing and maintaining this procedure and for ensuring the adequacy of electronic data formats for data transfer to Company.
o Responsible of Preparing Equipment Database (EQDB), create Tag and Electric data and separate Tag with related EQDB from Master database, and distribute the database and CDMS data transform into MS Excel/Access Files.
o Managing or expediting vendors so that all necessary information to be provided by vendors is submitted timely in accordance with the requirements of the procedure.
o Using Software tools for Support IT CDMS for Documents, MS Access database tool MS Excel, Intergraph PDS, Smart Plant P&ID, IN Tools, and Adobe Acrobat etc.
o Managing or Expediting construction subcontractors so that all necessary information to be provided by subcontractors timely in accordance with the requirements of the procedure.
o Providing all necessary support to the IT project in implementing the procedure.
o Responsible for ensuring data quality management by maximizing of electronic data transfer from approve documents o Production Identification and traceability, equipments, instruments and other tagged items are identified with their number throughout the Project Drawings, specifications; other documents equipments, facilities structures, instruments etc. are numbered in accordance with "Equipment Numbering Procedure" and Responsible for ensuring requirements Data Quality Management Framework (DQMF) for RasGas onshore/on plot expansion project including Equipments database.
