JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - DETAILED BELOW:

Responsible for overall site administration, site works, co-ordination with other related contractors ( civil, electro-mechanical, Fire alarm, installation etc.) and departments such as quality control, project management, operation and maintenance, Safety and Security, Etc.

Review project drawings, documents and specifications to ensure, the scope / specification and contract requirements.

Conducting independently pre-construction (Kick off) meetings with Sub-contractors to plan the work in systematic way and preparing over all schedule in co-ordination with sub-contractor.

Reviewing the Contractors material submittals, required for the project according to scope of work, before submitting to SEC-ERB for approval.

Supervising the Contractors work according to project schedule / technical specification / scope of work with applicable codes and industries standards such as SEC-ERB standards, American standards, British standards Etc...

Checking and monitoring material delivery system at site (type, quality, quantity etc.).

Responding immediately to Contractors clarifications on drawings / design deficiencies and monitoring the work accordingly.

Making daily reports, Bi-weekly forecast schedule of site activities, manpower, equipment's etc. and monitoring weekly progress of the project accordingly.

Conducting weekly progress meetings with the Contractor to assure the smooth progress of work with quality and safety.

Updating the managers regarding site progress on daily / weekly / monthly basis.

Responsible to check & monitor all the activities according to design and IFC drawings and to co-ordinate with the project consultants / clients.

Responsible for any type of correction / modification made in the IFC drawings as per requirement at site has to notify the same in as built drawings.
