(1) Planning for charging of raw materials as per availability.

(3) Proper burden distribution keeping in view its physical & metallurgical properties.

Maintaining quality of hot metal as per required grade.
(5) Cast house maintenance; supervision of tap hole behavior & blast furnace cooling system.

* Since NOV1995 working in blast furnace operation department right from project stage
Onwards & gained experience in refractory lining of blast furnace; hot blast stove &
Cast house.
* Participitated & gathered experience during commissioning of 607cum. Blast furnace under supervision of Chinese experts of shougang steel corporation, PRC.
* Having experience of reviving furnace in well manner after short & long term
Shutdown.
* Having experience in BLOWING OUT & BLOWING-IN practice of blast furnace.
* Having good experience in cast house practice; pig -casting machine; hot blast stove
Operation; G.C.P; S.G.P & raw material handling.
* Having experience in OIL INJECTION in Blast Furnace.
* Having experience in SINTER CHARGING in Blast Furnace.
* Well versed with Bell Less Top operation (Chinese design) replaced with earlier
Double bell operation.

OVERSEAS TRAINING
* The overseas training of one and half month in M/s -SHOUGANG STEEL
CORPORATION which is headquartered in Beijing, PRC and one of the largest
