Description of the Project:
This is Fifty thousand million project got from maxis, one of the leading communication private limited in Malaysia. This project deals with the installation of the telecommunication base station infrastructure, We tie-up a team,(team size was built up by 3 design engineers, each design engineer have 5 cad technicians) meet the deadlines to prepare the Structural drawings, construction drawings, site sketches, cabin cable ladder, equipment & lightning layouts, earthing & power supply layouts, cabin internal & external elevations, minimast foundation & structural detail drawings, M-cell arena foundation detail drawings and general notes. These are all survey reports we have got from our site co-ordinates with the maxis peoples from time to time through by faxes, phones & emails. Then finally we prepared client's bill as per the as built drawings, which we made drawings through by the pre-implementation survey report from our site-coordinates.

Description of the Project:
In this project, we executed multistoried buildings of 14 floors & 12 floors (2 core units).
Preparation of beams, columns and slabs: - First staging is prepared by doka staging units, over doka four way head-"H" beams are fixed, over that required steel whalers, plywood is fixed to suit beams and slab dimensions. Reinforced bars (used 50mm, 36mm, 32mm, 25mm, 18mm & 16mm RTS ) are tied as per as detailed from execution drawings with spacer blocks. To do the concreting at higher levels concreting pumps and pipelines are used. Concrete with the required design mix and prepared from ground level batching plant transferred by transit mixer (4nos) and delivered to the concrete pumps at ground level. The concrete pump up to required elevation pumps this. After placing the concrete in the required level proper compaction is given with the help of mechanical and electrically operated vibrators and needle (used 40mm, 60mm). After deshuttering the surface is inspected for honey combs if any and treated. The concrete structure is cured properly to attain the required strength.

Description Of The Project:
In this project, we executed all features as mentioned in cement grinding unit and also from quarrying of lime stone up to storing of clinker in silos, production of clinker's usual silos where slip form. Massive raft foundations and high-rise slabs where concreted with the help of concrete pumps, batching plants and transit mixers. Here also semi permanent structure (labors colony) to accommodate 5000 laborers was constructed.

We have executed construction of naphtha tanks, sub stations and gate houses, cable rack and pipe rack foundations, indoor switchyard works, cooling towers, cable tray culverts, boo entry culverts. We have executed PPE and HDPE plants on turn key basis for all civil, mechanical, and electrical and instrumentation works. Toyo engineering limited, Japan has been awarded from HPCL the Naphtha Crackers unit on turnkey basis. We had executed all civil structural, mechanical, equipment erection, electrical and instrumentation jobs and commissioned this project in record time.
