JOB DESCRIPTION:
Employed for dispatch to Qatar as Construction IT Engineer in OPG project.
I was trained in Japan for 3 months and my responsibilities are as follows;
1. Instruction and co-ordination related with deployment of Chiyoda Construction IT tools on site.
Work Order and Crew Allocation too deployment on site is the primary portion of the work. Other peripheral IT tools are also the object this work when necessary.
2. Prepares / Initializes FWC / worker database as required on the startup operation.
3. Provides end-user and operator training as well as manual and procedures to be used for each Construction IT tool.
4. During startup operation, proper coordination with site groups, partners, subcontractors and IT Manager, likewise coordination for temporary IT Infrastructure specifically, works for Gate Control System, etc.
5. During normal operation, should provide resolution to problems encountered by end-user and other stakeholder.
6. Reporting related with the above work.
My dispatch to Qatar is on hold by work visa problem.(Oct. 30, 2007)
