Duties include performance of all aspects of Earned Value Management (EVMS) including Planning, Scheduling, Developing CPM (Critical Paths) and leading plant outage schedules, developing and leading P3.1 to Primavera 5.0 & 6.0 conversion implementation, creating and maintain Life Cycle Schedules.
Experience in risk management methodologies (qualitative and quantitative risk management techniques) using Pertmaster software. Responsibilities include all aspects of the EVMS (Earned Value) for both Cost and Scheduling including developing and maintained schedules for Construction, Systemization/Start-up, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Subcontracts, Maintenance (Corrective maintenance, & Preventive maintenance) and Outage Coordinator efforts at the Pine Bluff Chemical Demilitarization Facility. Perform CPM (critical path analysis), "What Ifs" fragnet development, daily/weekly/month statusing, reporting, and deliverables. Preparation of yearly budgets, Contract Modifications, Schedule/Cost Variances and ETC's. Developing and implementing a resource loaded Integrated Network Aligned Schedule (INAS). Other duties associated with EVMS include Budget Change Authorization preparation, Contract Modifications, planned and actual earned values reporting / forecasting, assistance / training of Project CAM's in the maintenance of site validations (ACWP, BAC, BCWP, CPI, SPI EAC, ETC, VAC).

Responsibilities include providing project Cost and Scheduling support for the Civil, Structural, and Architectural activities on a Chemical Demilitarization Project. Duties include Perform critical path analysis, fragnet development, daily/weekly/month statusing, reporting, and deliverables preparation and disposition of ECP's, Back Charge activities to the client/vendors and Change Case Contract Modifications. Assigning cost distribution for craft daily time sheets, tracking and reporting weekly field installed quantities, producing weekly performance reports, producing trend reports, forecasting final project cost for assigned disciplines, and assisting project management by identifying problem areas. Worked with the project team to effect timely corrections in order to maintain project budget and schedule goals. Duties included assisting in budgeting / forecasting unit rates, and current cost for the CRMS (Construction Resource Management System), manpower forecasting, trends charting, drawing take off's, procurement requisitions/tracking, and subcontracts approvals.
