Foreign assignment:
Having posted at Dubai, UAE presently I am deputed at project home office at Tampa, Florida USA since July 2007 to supervise and coordinate detail engineering along with engineering subcontractor Pegasus USA (formerly Mustang), Takreer (client) and Tebodin ( PMC).

I was deputed by Birla Technical Services to Sherwin Green, UK for absorbing technology in connection with preparation of basic engineering for a Synthetic Aggregate Project..

I was deputed by Development Consultant Pvt Ltd to UAE Abu Dhabi for four months ending April 2005.
Assignment at DCPL ( Designated as Project Engineer )
a) CESC Titagarh (4 X 60 MW) Thermal Power Station: (Part) hydropnumatic ash handling systems.(1980-81). Design engineering of LP Piping, valves and fittings, fly ash and bottom ash piping, equipment specification, bid evaluation, vendor drawing review.
b) RCF Thal 3 X 275 T/Hr Steam Generating Units: hydropnumatic ash handling systems, (1981-1983). Ash handling system design, Design engineering of LP Piping, compressed air system engineering, fly ash and bottom ash piping, equipment layout and specification preparation, bid evaluation, vendor drawing review, preparation of instruction manual.
c) HSEB Panipat Stage I ( 2 X 110 MW ):Thermal Power Plant: -hydropnumatic ash handling systems(1984-1986). As project engineer, Ash handling system design, Design engineering of LP Piping, compressed air system engineering, fly ash and bottom ash piping, equipment layout and specification preparation, bid evaluation, vendor drawing review, preparation of instruction manual.
d) MSEB Bhuswal Extension Thermal Power Station ( 1 X 110 MW ): Analysis of surge in ash disposal piping.(1985).
e) NTPC Farakka Super Thermal Power Station: (Part) hydrosluicing ash handling systems.(1985-86). Design engineering of LP Piping valves and fittings, fly ash and bottom ash piping, equipment specification, bid evaluation, vendor drawing review.
f) Hindustan Lever Limited Haldia DAP Offsite Project: product handling system involving belt conveyor, Hydrant type fire fighting system, Stress analysis of steam piping.(1985-87), Design engineering, equipment specification, bid evaluation, vendor drawing review.
g) TNEB Tuticorin Thermal Power Station: Attending trouble sooting of ash handling system operation at site and assessing remedies.(1987)
h) IOC Haldia water distribution system for refinery and township.: (1988) As project engineer responsible for mechanical facilities, selection of pump parameters, designing pump house arrangement, piping layout Design engineering of LP Piping valves and fittings, equipment specification, bid evaluation, vendor drawing review.
