Resident Inspector, Narrows 2 Power Plant Bypass. Responsible for observation of the Daily construction activities of the General Contractor for compliance with Plans, specifications and review of RFI, RFQ's Pay requests. Works included blasting tunnel through rock to existing penstock line, installation of steel tunnel liner and it's encasement. Reinforced concrete valve structure, installation of valves, deflector hood, electrical and instrumentation. Construction costs $10.5m
Lead Construction Inspector, Lower Northwest Interceptor Natomas & Sacramento Force Mains, Sacramento. Responsible for all inspection and quality control on a new sewer force main consisting of twin 60-inch diameter transmission pipelines. The 6.8 mile pipeline include crossings under Interstate 5 and a large drainage canal. The project includes several environmental restrictions and extensive dewatering for pipeline burial. The current construction cost is $69 million.
* Construction Inspector, Humboldt Bay Municipal Water District. Responsible for inspection and quality control on replacement of supports for 27" and 36" diameter water transmission pipelines supported by timber trestles crossing Mad River Slough in Humboldt Bay. The project included installation of 64 new epoxy coated steel piles and 29 pre-cast pile caps, demolition of existing wood piles and pile caps, under permits from USA Corps of Engineers, California Costal Commission, and US Department Fish and Game. This project crossed a navigable, tidally influenced, salt water estuary to Humboldt Bay and a protected salt water marsh.
* Resident Inspector, Humboldt Bay Municipal Water District, Korblex. Responsible for quality control on an $8 Million construction project of a water treatment facility including site work, rebar, concrete testing, tank construction, welding, painting, building trades, and mechanical piping. Work included 24" and 36" diameter welded steel pipe, 48" diameter welded steel concrete coated/lined piping, and 24" and 36" steel flanged piping.
* Construction Inspector, Indian Road Waterline Replacement Project, Smith River Rancheria, Del Norte County, CA. Responsible for submittal review/approval, inspection of 5,000 LF of water main installation and fresh water intake manifold at Lopez Creek. Observed testing/disinfecting of system in accordance with AWWA Standards, reporting directly to the Rancheria Tribal Administrator and USDA Project Manager
* Construction Inspector, USFS, JDSF Learning Center, Mendocino County, CA. Responsible for inspection of trade work and specialty inspection on this $700K project, reporting directly to USFS Project Engineer.
* Construction Inspector, Humboldt Bay Municipal Water District, Korblex. Responsible for quality control and special inspection of 200KW generator project with 10,000 gallon fuel tank, electrical transformer and electrical switch gear.
* Project Engineer/Building Inspector, Yurok Tribal Headquarters, Klamath. Responsible for construction management, specialty inspecting and CBC inspections on commercial office building and community center.
Resident Inspector, City of Sacramento, Combined Sewer Replacement, Sacramento, CA. Installation of 30" and 42" diameter Techite pipe.
Contractor Quality Control, Civil and Structural, Remodel Global Hawk Dock 3, USAF Beale AFB, CA. Provided contractor quality control, civil and structural. Provided daily reports to US Army Corps Engineers, and performed submittal review. Responsible for all underground utility installation, site work, all structural steel, structural concrete and masonry work. Scheduled independent lab testing. Provided observation of all concrete testing, density testing, hydrostatic and air testing. Work included scheduling and coordination of 14 sub-contractors and up to 50 person labor force.
* Onsite Engineering and Management, Safety Inspector, Granite Construction Co., Sacramento, CA. Responsible for the implementation and enforcement of CAL OSHA safety orders and owner safety orders at INTEL Corp. FM8 construction site.
* Senior Inspector, Field Engineer, Kiewit Pacific Co., Sacramento, CA Responsible for quality control of subcontractors' directional bore crews on 6.5 miles of fiber optic duct banks (SRR9&11) within Sacramento City limits, including quality assurance of as-built drawings. Field Engineer for 3000 lf of 20 duct banks within city rights-of-way, Merced, California.

* Project Manager, Steagall, Inc., Loomis, CA. $3.5 Million effluent pump station rehabilitation, CPM scheduling, submittals, change orders, working with owner's consultants and design engineers.
