4.3 Principle duties:

4.3.1 Tender administration, checking rate analysis and re-measured quantities done by junior quantity surveyors, estimation, floating subcontract and supplier inquiries, Prepare tender programme and method statement, Discuss and finalise tenders with the Construction manager prior to submittal to the COO( The Chief Estimator had resigned and the works were handed over to me). 4.3.2 Karam Group was not an ISO certified company. Hence, I had to develop all control forms that require to control the projects and to give training to the staff.

4.3.9 Finalise Interim valuations, sub-contractor payment certificates, cost-value reconcilation report, projects cash flow and a projects status report to the COO.
