Valves worked on include saunder valves, El-o-matic valves, butterfly valves, power cylinder valves, and Samson valves, pinch valves. b) Carry out installations of weightometre and calibrations. Thus installation of weight frame and alignment and also field and panel wiring. Models worked on include Ramsey model 20 -40, Micro-tech 10 -201 and 10 -30 and also process Automatic weightometers model EMB -220, version Embe - 220, 40 -06. c) Instrumentation Control systems worked on include the following; Spec 200, profibus and DCS (Distributed control system). d) Carry out checks on PH transmitters and probes, thus clean probes, then buffer check with PH7 and PH4. Models worked on Endless and Hauser MYPRO CPM431. e) Do planned maintenance on density meters, thus check parameters and against known sample, type worked on; Thermo electron corporation model Am 770 version 3 software. f) Planned maintenance on level transmitters and also programming. Endless and Hauser prosonic - m and vegason 61 level transmitters. g) Worked on flow meters thus prosonic and promag 53, promag 50 and promag 35. Installation and programming them to suit the pipe and process. Endless and Hauser models. h) Carry out checks on fire alarm system (smoke detector) to ensure quick action in case of fire using carbon dioxide fire fighting system. I) Turning of controllers and instruments to suit the process condition. Proportional, derivative and integral (P.1.D) j) Carry out planned maintenance and checks on programming logic controllers (PLC).
