Experience:

 From April' 2006 to Till Date working as an Instrument Construction Supervisor in Kuwait National Petroleum Company of Mina Ahmadi Refinery Project Coordination Gr. – A

JOB RESPONCIBILITIES:
 At present I am working with South Pier LNG Offshore project + Maintenance. Here we are demolition existing Pier and all instrument removed safely and hand over to Instrument Maintenance. After demolition we construct the South Pier LNG here our scope is new field instruments and systems, which should be integrated other product berths and PLCR (Product Loading Control Room). Here my role is as a site in charge and fully involved in an Instrumentation, Civil, Electrical and Mechanical work permit issuing and executing which in existing area modifications. Now I am handling Material receiving inspection & site inspection which erection, commissioning and correction and troubleshooting during loop checking, P&ID correction and AFC drawing correction which submitted EPC contractor.

 Completed New Oil Pier Offshore Project at Mina Ahmadi Refinery of Expansion of Two Berths 5 & 6. My role is totally involved erection to commissioning of Field Inst. like Ultra Sonic Level Transmitters, Pressures, Flows and Temperatures Transmitters, Flow, Level and Pressure Switches and Equipment of Loading Arms, Metering System of Daniel and Integration with Honey Well DCS with Existing System Etc.

 Recently completed new project of Kuwait Aviation Fueling Company, Aviation Fuel Depot from Mina Ahmadi Refinery to Kuwait Aviation Fueling Company of New Depot Project. Here I fully involved in an Instrumentation, Civil, Electrical and Mechanical. Project Inventory Management. Inspection of Material Receiving and Site Inspection after completion of job by Contractor.

 Issuing of Work Permits for construction activities at the construction site and Execute Work Permits and Works with Existing facilities.
 Participate in checking detailed drawing and other documentation and co-ordinate mobilization of contractors on site. Before starts jobs participating in Tool Box talk and implementation of Safety regulations.
 Approving construction activities and co-ordinate various aspects of projects construction including inspection, material submission and working drawing from contractors, and processing documentation as required.
 Direct the activities and check the works of contractors involved in Instrument construction works.
 Carry out daily checks on contractor's staff and work carried out during the previous day in order to ensure compliance with prescribed contractual specifications.
 Maintain a daily record of progress (daily diary) noting special comments. Reports to our superior any work anomalies or contractual deviations committed by contractor staff and recommends appropriate corrective action.
 Liaise with Quantity Surveyors in order to determine physical progress and the amount (%) of completed work for the preparation of related monthly progress and invoices.

 Preparing monthly reports verifying work done during the month and work in progress, together with comments on quality and recommendation on required improvement.
 Checking and ensures that all construction work is completed in accordance with approved standards consistent with contract specifications.
 Carry out other similar or related duties such as advising and assisting contractor's foreman in carrying out work to recognized standards, checking invoice and drawings, and preparing simple sketches to amplify/clarify construction method.
 Works in accordance with established procedures, contract specifications and specialized instrumentation engineering (cabling and equipment) trade standards. Reports to our Superior any problems with contractors arising from contract interpretation and additional works.
 Supervising to contractor's work that is in progress, inspecting work, reporting problems and preventing accidents occurring as a result of negligence, by enforcing safety standards on the work site.
 Carried out inspection of construction works and receiving material, inspection of calibration of Different instrument, valve and other instruments, SAT of different packages.
 Under our supervisory loop test and pre-commissioning activities, Raising of punch list and closing subsequent to rectification. Certifying mark up AFC drawings. Assisting operation and maintenance in commissioning.
 Checking of the instruments installation as per the P & I drawing and doing modifications in P & I drawing and design according of the process requirement. During commissioning.

 July 1997 to January 2006 Kuwait National Petroleum Company of Mina Abdullah Refinery, Kuwait through Instrument Installation and Maintenance Co. (IMCO)

Mina Abdullah Refinery (KNPC) Kuwait was assigned for the following projects:
 Some units such a (ARDS / VACCUM Units) up gradation of High Performance Process Module (HPM) Honeywell Co. HPM panel wiring fields loop testing and commissioning under supervisor of Honeywell Co. Engineers
 Conversant and Hands experience in Analyzers of Gas chromatograph, Oxygen, Hydrogen, Conductivity, Density meter of Calibration, Installation and Trouble Shooting on line during the Oddity of Environment Dept. of K.N.P.C. Mina Abdullah Refinery
 EDMS (Electronics Document Management System) in the instrument maintenance dept. Window NT 4.0 server and 13 Window NT workstation interconnected by the HDSL Network Running Software "Rebries Plant life Access" packages

 Fully Conversant calibration on various makes of Pneumatic / Electronic process field / panel instruments such as (Pressure, Level, Flow, Measurement, Direct and Indirect level Measurement) Troubleshooting Relay interlocking panel and Shutdown gate logic system, Control valve, Level trolls, Switches, Transmitters, I / P and P / I converters, Indicators, Controllers, Positioners, Solenoid valves, lockup relays, RTD's, Thermocouple, Bentley Nevada series 7200 i.e. vibration Probes Axial Displacement probes.
