Projects handling at Continental.
1. Scopevista hotel (15 crores) at lodhi road.
This is a super luxury hotel (Aman resorts) which is been designed by Kerry hill associates from Singapore. The suites have individual swimming pools, lawns etc. Each suite has 2-3 bedrooms with attached kitchens, toilets etc.
2. HB estate office (3.5 crores) at Gurgaon.
The project consists of four floors. Approximate carpet area of 26000 sq.ft. The work consists of designing and execution of interiors on turnkey basis.
3. Applied Electro-magnetics (2.25 crores) at noida.
An interior project with approximate carpet area of 24500 sq.ft., 6000 sq.ft. On single floor.
4. Thames international( 1.5 crore) at Barakhamba road, New Delhi
The project is at designing stage. Area appox. 7000 sq.ft.
5. Leela Hotel (25 crore) at Gurgaon.
2004- 2005
20 months in M/S Methodex systems limited as Project Manager

1. Bank of madurai. (65 lakhs.)
2. Bhillai steel plant, Bhillai( 1.75 crores)

The guest house consisted of lobby's, rooms with attached toilets, restaurant, lounge, reception area, gymnasium, etc.
4. INS Delhi - (15 crores) - This is an Indian Navy Destroyer. The ship went into refit in which all the Messes, the cabins, the double cabins, the dining areas, the captains cabin, junior sailors dining, senior sailors dining, kitchens, toilets etc were all designed by me. A detailed study was conducted by our team and latest techniques were used to give the best to the navy. The Interiors were done keeping in view the hard conditions at sea and were comparable to the new stealth ships under development.
5. Indus Exports.-(55 lakhs) this was an export house over an area of 7500 sq.ft. The project consisted of designing and executing the showroom, offices, reception area, workstations etc.

2.5 Years with M/S Creative eye as head of designing team.

At creative eye I was head of the designing team. The restaurants designed under my super vision are as follows:
Comesome food plaza for I.R.C.T.C Indian Railways at Pune, Vijaywada, Nizamudin, Agra, Bangalore, old Delhi on Railway stations.

1995-2000
6 years with M/S Gurbachan Singh and associates as assistant to the chief architect.
Projects handled at M/s Gurbachan Singh and associates:
1. Siddhartha medical collage and kakani memorial hospital vijaywada.
This was a Rs 20 crore project consisting a 700 bedded hospital and hostels for girls and boys, student nurses, technicians and housing for staff, administrative building, library, students center, auditorium etc. I worked as part of the designing team, which included all working drawings, detail drawings, site plans, landscape plans etc.
2. Dayanand medical collage and hospital at Ludhiana, Punjab.
This was a Rs 10. crore project which consisted of extension of general and private wards, remodeling and expansion of OPD, new clinical labs, extension of 6 operation theaters and remodeling of existing 4 O.T 's, extension of health science block, auditorium for sports and culture etc. My work in the project was detailing and preparing BOQ's for different works. This included site visits and coordination between structural, plumbing, sanitary, electrical consultants.
3. Sri Lal Bahadur Shastri Sanskrit Vidyapeeth (deemed university), Katwaria sarai, New Delhi.
This was a Rs. 23 crore project, which consisted of expansion of the university including national library, administrative building, Mahavidyala, guesthouse and expansion of hostels. Being a part of the design team I
worked on the submission plans and remodeling.
