Harweel Cluster Phase ¡V 2 Facilities of M/s Petroleum Development of Oman
Contractor's Scope of Work includes the design, engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning of utilities, infrastructure and telecommunication systems, assistance during commissioning by Company, and assistance during initial operations by Company of the Harweel Phase 2A and Phase 2B facilities. Project Phase 2C is included as an option under the Contract.
Phase 2A comprises the facilities required for depletion of the Zalzala, Sakhiya, and Dafaq fields and includes process systems to allow sweet gas and oil export. Phase 2B comprises additional facilities for miscible gas injection at Zalzala, make-up gas production from Rabab, and expansion of oil processing and export capacity from the cluster. Phase 2C comprises additional facilities for miscible gas injection at Sakhiya, and expansion of the make-up gas production and oil processing / export capacity from the cluster. Contractor is to note that Phase 2A and 2B scope includes some pre-investment for future Phase 2C and Phase 3 equipment. Role & responsibility: Area In charge for Alain Depot having:
1. Major civil works like construction of 2 Nos Civil foundation for product storage tanks, Laying of pipe sleepers, Cross over platforms, HDPE liner around tank area, bund wall, dyke wall,
2. Fabrication, erection and painting of two Nos of site erected product storage tanks (34 Mtrs dia).
3. All interconnecting piping for product, fire water & foam system

Role & responsibility: Worked as a Chief Coordinator ¡V Civil handling independently, at least 7 to 10 Site locations, which involve Meter stations, Midline valve stations as well as Well heads and involved in Client coordination.
The multidiscipline project which includes the laying of over 400 Km of various pipeline varies from 2" diameter to 24" diameter running from Oil wells to meter stations, construction & Installation of facilities at oil wells like foundations, sheet piling works, structural steel work, installation of around 200,000 Inch meter piping, insulation & etc., construction of meter stations, midline valve stations, manifolds & various Shut down jobs in existing plant.
The project was very dynamic & diversified all around the Tengiz oil field (In 400 SQM Area) & have to carry out the work with parallel working of oil rigging / drilling companies (Simultaneous operations philosophy-SimOps)
