Financial accounting and annual audit.

Banking operations, funds management / working capital financing /financial planning for sustaining business operations and annual growth.
Costing and budgeting process based on the forecast, review of the cost center and controls, monitoring of product input costs for Battery and PE division products.

The company was established in 1968 for manufacture of complex grade fertlisers for agricultural applications. The company also had a large one million tonne cement factory, which was since hived off.
Joined as a Financial Analyst and was promoted as Senior Financial Analyst and later as Assistant Manager - Finance. Extensive involvement and experience at middle management level in:
Budgeting, Management Information Reports - preparation, review and generating presentable MIS.
Preparation of 5 years business plans on a rolling plan basis.
