As "Quantity Surveyor" with Ital Consult, Saudi Arabia, an Europe based leading consulting Co. on one of the most prestigious multi billion Riyal project in south western region of Saudi Arabia A. 750 km. of 2 Lanes dual carriageway from Jeddah to Jizan.

Responsibilities.
1. To prepare the Interim Payment Certificate @ the end of every Hijria month.
2. To prepare the Final Account of Section 1 & 2 to whom the preliminary handing over is in progress from Ministry of Transport (Ministry of Communications.)
3. To check the as built drawings of all pipe culverts, Box Culverts, Protection works, Ducts for future utilities service pipes, New Jersey barrier for wadi Crossing Road Bridges.
4. To check as built drawing of plan and profile for complete section 1 & 2
5. To check the shop drawings for all structures of Section 4 (Bridge and Culverts) setting out plan and intermediate schemes.
6. To check the Revised Bill Of Quantities submitted by Contractor.
7. Prepared the Design of Round about (Rotary Intersection) @ 0+000 Station in Jeddah the beginning of this Road for four lane traffic. (Approved by Ministry and constructed by Al Harbi Contracting Co.)

As "Quantity Surveyor" on "Pat Feeder Canal Rehabilitation and Improvement" WAPDA Project Dera Murad Jamali Balochistan, with M/S Engineering Consultants.

1.Responsible for checking / verification of calculation of Quantities submitted by Contractor for following works:-

a. Earth Works.

Excavation of Canal bed, side slope to required profile in existing canal of arms under water and above water, stockpile for dewatering.
Excavation suitable soil material in borrows area and prepared Mass Haul diagrams.
Construction of left and right embankment of canal in layers to specified degree of compaction by modified proctor.
Scarification of top layer of existing berms and embankment.
Spread stockpiles along Canal embankments in layers.
Trimming of side slopes of embankment, Reshape of existing deep gullies etc.

b. Structures.
Concrete work, Steel works, installation of pre-cast reinforced concrete pipe, existing of steel channel & orifice frame, Fabricate and fix the steel gates, install the water level gauges, construction joints, sluice valve and necessary special fittings for connection to required concrete pipes. etc. for Off take, New Cross Regulators, Renovated Cross Regulators Structures, Road Bridges Culverts, aqua ducts, Siphons Drop Structures, Main Drain outfall Structures, Minor Drain outfall structures.
Concrete works, Steel Sheet piles, Steel reinforcement works, installation and furnishing stop logs, existing of steel channel, orifice frame, Fabricate and fix the steel gate, install the water level gauges, construction joints, and necessary special fittings for connection to required concrete pipes. etc. for Flood Inlet and Flood protections structures.
Concrete works, Steel reinforcement works, for Aqueduct and Tail Structures.

f. Mechanical Works.
Calculation of Mechanical works such as install and furnish stop logs, existing of steel channels, brackets, gate hoisting steel wire rope, shaft, set of bearing of winches, corroded / bent angle arms, gate pivots, toper gears, gear casing, Fabricate and fix the steel gate, install the water level gauges, construction joints, sluice valve and necessary special fittings for connection to required Vertical and Radial gates etc. for Cross and Head Regulators.

c. Buildings.
Job Executed ancillary Structure of Project in WAPDA Colony for Residential and utility buildings (Family houses Bachelor houses).
d. Roads.
Progress monitoring and controlling construction of link roads in WAPDA colony. Prepared the future program for construction of road at left embankment of distributaries and main canal 171 km.

e. Sewerage, Sewage and Water Supply.

1. Calculation of domestic feed pipe line (R.C.C) in different diameter and as well inverts level. Also Sanitary and Plumbing works.
2. Responsible for checking of Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) for the agreed Quantities of Work done for the same period.
3. Preparation of progress of the Contract Measurement.
4. Assist SME in Technical, Financial and contractual advice's.
