2. Electrical system (distribution and utility) design from concept to detailed design stage as per international standards such as BS 7671, IEE Regulations, IEC, ASHRAE 90.1, NFPA 70, 72 & 101, etc.
3. MEP coordination for design office and engineering activities at site.
4. Worked for electrical system with demand load up to 45 MVA.
5. Sound experience in MV/LV/ELV networks for big developments.
6. Working towards a project to be LEED certified at Bahrain Bay.
OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS
1. Optimized and got approved a MEP design for 4 nos. 2B + 22 storey tower buildings & cluster of retail shops by value engineering on consultant's original design during tendering to save 40% of MEP value to client for US$ 80 Million in Pearl Qatar.
2. Leading a team as senior electrical design engineer for a mixed development project in Bahrain Bay.
