Position: Mechanical Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities:

* Engineering, review and drafts mechanical services (fire fighting, plumbing, drainage system & chilled Water system) workshop drawing in conjunction with project specification and standard (NFPA and Plumbing Code).
* Reports to Project / Line Manager: for production of working shop drawing for approval and construction, Check and review issue and correspondence of the project with regards to mechanical services, necessary review of equipment and materials to be use in the project as per specification issue and coordinate to manufacturer's vendor. Raise a request for information to any differences in plans, specification and construction issue.
* Rreviews and evaluate technical material submittals and shop drawings prior to submission to consultants and clients according to project specs and local regulations.
* Supervising and coordinate with draftsman for production of working shop drawing..
Site inspection and supervision, coordinate site construction for installation as per site condition and as per approved shop drawing.
* Responsible for quantity estimate/materials take-off based on approved shop drawing for installation and IFC (issued for construction)-fire fighting, plumbing, drainage system and chilled water piping works.

Position: Mechanical Estimation Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities:

* Review and prepare Tender documents to ensure all systems are included. Interpret, identify and raise queries of any difference in all documents includes specification and drawing.
* Prepare Bill of Quantity in drawings and make sure all material and equipment as per specification and tender requirement.
* Prepare specification documents and BOQ to submit to supplier/vendors for quotation and pricing as per the specified manufacturer approved. Provide Cost comparison for all quotation. And prepare unit price/ rates of every item.
* Cost code and input into the system awarded tenders.
* Liaise with all disciples and have overhaul responsibility for completing the TPS (tender price schedule)
* Provide high level pricing information early in the tender for optioneering and budgeting exercise to ensure the most cost-effective solution offered.

Position: Project Mechanical Engineer –Fire Protection
Duties & Responsibilities:

* Responsible for Engineering construction drawings, estimates and installation of fire protection and Drainage system (As per NFPA standard).
* Liaison with the project Architect/ Management at the early stages of the project to ensure suitable system selection and proper integration of the selected system within the building.
* Responsible for tender study documentation includes plans and specification, prepare Bill of Quantity. Price quotation. (fire fighting and drainage system) from approved supplier and make.
* Responsible for the preparation of weekly/monthly work plan for foreman and ensure the effective project implementation.

* Attending coordination (construction) meeting with other trades, technical group, consultants, and management regarding project activities.
* Prepare material submittal for the approval of consultant's and client representative.
* Prepare shop drawing and actual site condition sketch for approval before installation.
