This project has 3 Basements, 80 Storey¡¦s, 529 Apartments with common podium car parking, which is coming adjacent to Dubai Creek area of Cultural Village, developed by Emirates Sunland and the main contractor is Arabtec Emirates Sunland JV and consultant is Hyder Consulting. We are providing Mechanical Services for these towers and the project value is Dhms 110 millions. This project is served by district cooling chilled water system.

Job Responsibilities:

„« Study of contract documents (Specification), designing and Tender Drawings.
„« Installation of HEAT EXCHANGERS, AHU¡¦s, THERMAL WHEEL, FCU's Supply & Exhaust Fans, Smoke Exhaust Fans, Smoke Dampers Etc.
„« Installation of Low Side works as Chilled Water Piping (i.e., Risers, Floor Piping) Ducting, VCD¡¦s, and Fire Dampers etc.
