Assistant Resident Engineer
Parsons international division provides technical design and supervises alongside 150 km for aceh road/bridge reconstruction and rehabilitation project from Banda Aceh to Calang, Indonesia. Parsons is the US Consultant Company. The owner is USAID, organization from the American People.
Main Responsibilities
-Day to day supervise on site areas all of the items road construction work such as earth works, rock fill, granular fill on swampy areas, geotextile placement, granular B and A, binder coarse and wearing coarse.
-Reporting to resident engineer, discuss/solve/decide all of problem if any and discuss with chief material engineer to analyze CBR value of original sub grade for sub grade improvement, etc
- Managing are inspectors and instructed have to strong control as per shop drawing, specification, etc.
-Site meeting with contractor and report to resident engineer, prepared daily report and weekly report
-Sign of request for work and request for inspection, give site instruction to contractor if any mistake method or non compliance report (NCR), etc
-Analyze of sub grade on standing water areas (swampy) by rot bar tested (un standard equipment) and discuss with chief material engineer, decided on above areas placement geotextile or not.
-Supervise of trial section for binder coarse such as: temperature for sequence compaction, prime coat, and checked result test with assistant material engineer such as: extraction test (asphalt content), marshal test (stability) etc.

Main Responsibilities
-Assist of project construction manager to prepare reconstruction program plan, collect all of data that required such as road construction, office complex, housing complex, car wash, and other facilities.
-Prepare bill of quantities and discuss/meeting with line manager, project construction manager.
-Coordination/meeting with public work department
-Day to day supervise all of IFRC project, instructed to contractor should be done that according to shop drawing, specification and instruction.

Site Engineer
(Road betterment/rehabilitation project/Bridge replacement project in Bengkulu province, Indonesia).
Supervise 60 Km length of project. Funded by Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the owner of the project is government Republic of Indonesia. The project with flexible pavement construction type (earth work, selected embankment, granular B, granular A, binder coarse asphalt, and wearing coarse asphalt).
PT. Perentjana Djaja. Civil engineering division many diverse got the project in Indonesia trough by public work department to provides technical design and supervision. Some of project such as bridge construction project (java island between Madura Island), national provincial road western sumatera region and many places in Indonesia, particularly for road construction/bridge replacement projects. The above company is multinational company in Indonesia
Main Responsibilities.
The above mentioned package I have to arrange structure and road works, some inspectors and field lab technicians for quality control
Structure Work
-Supervise of pilling foundation such as:
Manual calendaring, pile driving analyze (PDA) test,
Concrete Supervise (Concrete of K250, K350, K400)
Retarded additive for anticipate of cold join, crack deep detection with pounded test, form work, rebar install inspection for abutment and slab.
Before pouring concrete we have to test on laboratory such as: Job mix (grading proportion, mixing proportion, slump test, setting time, compressive strength)
Press Tress Girder Reinforcement Concrete Supervise (Post tensioning)
Strand Stressing, Tendon grouting for corrosion anticipate (special cement non shrinkage additive + water), Yield strength, elongation, and erection.

-Design reviews some of areas such as grades, pavement design, and solves all of the problems if any and discuss with project manager.
