The scope of project is to provide the client a remote control and monitoring facility for 11KV sub-stations, 11KV switching stations, 220/11 KV and 33/11 KV primary stations and grid stations in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
Responsibilities:
* Conducting Site survey, Documents preparation
* Close co-ordination with client and consultant for solving technical issues.
* Preparation of Tele Information Plan for Primary Substations to Designing RTU.
* Design drawings for the adaptation works required for remote monitoring and control.
* Adaptation preparatory works and shutdown works on existing Control Panels, Switchgears, Common Alarm Panel, Load Shedding Panel, Busbar Protection Panel and Cross Connection Panel including CT and VT wiring.
* Modification of existing wiring as per DMS requirements
* Installation and testing of transducers(ct, vt, pt), relays(decoupling, command and bistable), timers
* Using current injection kit, measuring different values such as A,V,MW,MVAR
* Supervision of DMS RTU, MDF and 48V DC charger panel installation
* Programming of RTU and Transducer
* Termination and pre commissioning
* Point to point testing with master station and Commissioning
* Preparation of As Built drawings.
