„Ð Prepare & submit project bills on time for certification & follow up for payment certificate, hand over the same to Accounts for payment follow up.
„Ð On award of contract, prepare procurement quantities & pass on the quantity sheets to purchase for booking bulk orders/ reconciling material expenditure & orders from site.
„Ð On award of contract, conduct a through study of contract drawings & specifications & prepare a check list of possible missing items & subsequent claims. Pass on this information to the respective Project Engineer & ensure the claim is eventually submitted & approved.
„Ð Check site regularly, examine tendered cost & estimated budget with approximate actual expense at site.
„Ð Organize regular sessions with Project Engineers to develop & submit Variation Claims on Time.
