Duties and Responsibilities
1.Planning of work schedules base on target completion, execution of inspection holds points and distribution of weekly work schedule for inspection.
2.Able to carry out site quality audit and site inspection. Prepare non -conformance reports of all non-conformities made during inspection and discussed with the project manager for possible corrective action and its implementation.
3.Supervise and monitor the daily QC inspection activities, progress and welder performance, NDE status, repair and welding consumables.
4.Prepare NDE status report, inspection formats, inspection test plan (ITP), method statement, inspection process such as daily welding, application for inspection, radio graphic test, dye penetrant test (PT), magnetic particle test(MT), Ultrasonic etc (UT), electrode and quiver issuance control.
5.Prepare Manufacturing Data Report accordingly to ITP such as Welding Map & Report, Dimension Map & Report, and Material Report & Mill Certificate etc.
6.Generate review and Approve Project Specific QC related Procedure (i.e. Welding Procedures Dimension control procedure, Hydrostatic test procedure, Leak test procedure, NDE procedure, Blasting & painting procedure, Material handling procedure, welding consumable control procedure etc.) test package final documents, inspection reports.
7.Coordinate with NDE subcontractors, Authorized Inspector, ABS surveyor, third party surveyors as per quality system project specific requirements.
8.Perform the following inspection for fit-up prior to welding, during welding, after welding, dye penetrant test, magnetic, particle test, thickness gauge check, levelness and plumb ness check, dimensional check, holiday test painting, Piping line checking, punch listing, Final Visual inspection for Structural, Piping and welding.
9.Assist of QA/QC. Manager for Establish, witness new welding Procedure & welder qualification test.
10.Witness PWHT, Pressure testing, Pneumatic test, Air blowing, flushing / pigging, Hose test on water tight doors, Vacuum test and verify welding repair.
11.Provide and suggest repair procedure for welding that did not meet the quality level by the code. Locate all those visual inspection of welded joints prior to non destructive testing ( RT, UT, PT and MT)
12.Review RT films, UT, PT and MT reports and AS built engineering drawing. Acceptance criteria according to each specific codes and specification.
13.Well verse to interpret inspection test results and construction related drawing such as general arrangement, isometric, P&ID and familiar with various codes and standard
14.Established Quality of work through documentation and interfaces with the customer representative on the acceptance of work.

3.Fabrication pipes as per ISO metric drawings and performing installation and assembly pipeline after carried out Hydro testing pump to prove no leakage.
4.Inspect and check incoming material in (Type, size, spec and condition) and storage in according to the project name number and use color code.
5.Inspect and check welding machine condition (Ampere, voltage, travel speed, etc) and review calibration certificate.
