Project Manager - MEP

Nazar is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP from PMI, USA) has extensive experience in technical, commercial and quality management aspects of the construction projects. He started his career in building services industry in 1996 - primarily in contracting, then design consultancy and progressed to project management with Mace.

The project he is managing on behalf of Mace is one of the largest mixed-use development called Mudon with project cost of AED. 40 billions which comprises of 5 downtowns with over 100,000 sqm of retail tenancies, hotels, more than 3000 villas, 7000 apartments, 18 hole golf course and public facilities. In addition to his responsibility of managing design, procurement and construction phases of various packages of Mudon, he plays key role in design reviews of highly complex projects being managed by Mace.

Nazar is responsible for all management processes pertinent to building services ie., HVAC, Drainage, Plumbing, LPG, Fire Fighting and Vertical transportation etc., in addition to his strength in Electrical and ELV services including BMS. His ability to manage the aforementioned processes successfully emerges from his early experience in contracting and with design consultancy.

Nazar started in contracting in 1996 as electrical site engineer and progressed to commercial manager position in one of the leading MEP contractor and being responsible for various kinds of major residential and commercial projects such as hotels, shopping malls, cinema halls, offices etc.,

The above contracting expertise helped him to commence his career with design consultancy as a building services coordinator and progress to MEP projects manager level successfully. As he managed whole of building services in either position (contracting and consultancy) accompanied by various certification courses on project / commercial management, he could easily take-up challenges in project management with Mace and continue play a role of project manager successfully to the benefit of the client.

In addition to his technical and commercial expertise, he is a Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System (BSI, UK) and was responsible for managing quality management system of an international design consultancy. Nazar also has excellent computer proficiency with most of the project management tools and operating systems.

All of the above experience is supplemented with his excellent communication skills at all levels and innovative lateral thinking abilities. He is an effective team leader and suitable for safeguarding the Client's interest in this development.
