MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS

* As a Team Leader with the Reliability Acceleration Program, I was influential in setting up Priority Matrix, KPI's and Planning Scheduling Templates to indicate production and plant availability. During this time production rose from 100 mil cu.ft per day to 800 mil cu.ft and availability held steady at 96-98%.
* As head of Maintenance Support Dept at M.E.G.P.L., I led a team that developed new process in Mole-Sieve replacement on the dehydrators that lessened downtime by 30 to 40%.
* I trained National Staff in Pipefitting and Welding. All of theses individuals are now CodeTested to all welding procedures at M.E.G.P.L (Maraton Oil in West Africa)
* Two of the personnel I trained are now foreman.

Summary
I started working in 1977 after Highschool, for Brown Services in Humble Tx. as a helper building Drilling Rigs
I worked as a helper for 6 months and was able to pass a structural welding test and started welding.
I bought a truck and welding machine in 1979
I continued as a rig -Welder until 1984 when the oil business went bust.
I then moved to Pennsyvania where I worked as a welder /fabricator for a Mechanical Contractor installing chillwater and refrigeration piping from 1985 to 1991
1991- I went to work for EFCO Fabrcators as a Welder Fabricator in Trinidad-Tobago South America. I worked in the shop as well as Field Services. EFCO is a Vessel and Heat Exchanger Manufacturer.
1992- I worked in an alloy shop fabricating and welding, stainless and nickel alloy, tanks vessels and piping to get more expierence in those materials
1993 -I worked for Brazos Piping in Laporte Tx welding boiler tubes
1994- 1995 I worked in refineries and chemical plants as a rig welder for Certified Construction, D&R Construction, Fish Engineering as well as Rig up yards in Liberty Tx and Laredo Tx as a Rig Welder.I usually became a lead-man or foreman on most jobs during this time.
