Abstract: This is an assembly tool. It is used for assemble of Intermediate Casing with Compressor Casing of Gas Turbines. Modeling of this part was done with detailing and finally sends to production with GD&T and Machining symbols. Finally assembly was done.

Tools Used: Ideas NX.
Abstract: It is a tooling project. This component is used for holding the compressor casing and to assemble compressor disc and blade. 2D Drawing was done using Auto Cad. Finally Drawing was converted to 2D models using IDEAS NX and detailing as per requirements. Finally assembly was done.

Abstract: This is an assembly tool to assemble and disassemble Intermediate Casing with Compressor drawing of gas turbines. 3D Assembly modeling of tool with the Intermediate casing and compressor were done, engineering drawing was done accordingly as per standards of GTRE.

Academic Project:

"Mathematical Modelling Of Standalone Solid Oxide Fuel Cell Power Plant"
Performed at National Aerospace Laboratories Ltd. Bangalore.

The goal of the project was to model a simple SOFC (Solid Oxide Fuel Cell) power generation system. This would be suitable for a small SOFC power plant. Another objective is to provide a procedure, which would give the detailed information about the performance of system model with the variation in variables and other parameters such as variation in power, load, temperature and thermodynamic variables. FOTRAN is used to provide the calculative intelligence to assist the completion of project.
This research consists of following discrete studies,

1. In depth study of Components, configuration, polarization and thermodynamics of SOFC
2. Detailed study and modeling of SOFC Power Plant and its components
3. Mathematical and Chemical modeling of system variables such as fuel composition, temperature, mass flow, pressure, electro chemical reactions in each stream of the model.
4. Analysis of performance of the model
