Review Tender Synopsis, Technical specification and prepare and/or review prepare project quality plans and other quality system related submission.

Providing Technical Clarification and Developing Business Management and Procedures
Support to Head Office and Project sites to achieve milestones on progress with quality
Liaison with project QA/QC Manager / Engineers for necessary guidance/technical support required for effective Quality System Implementation and resolving issues.
Provide necessary technical support and expert guidance to QA/QC (Manager) such as copies of codes, standards and relevant method statements, inspection and test plans. Research on Internet to facilitate additional data/technology to project assistance.
Review monthly of various activities including audits at Project Site and advise or reinforce them for improving performance.
Attending to and resolving intricate technical issues pertaining to Quality Control, Welding repairs etc. at project sites.
Providing, assistance and clarification to all as and when required including preparation of Welding Procedure Specification, recommendation of welding consumables, post weld heat treatments (PWHT) equipment, NDT processes etc.
Continuously monitoring QA/QC documentation – submission, approval status, internal audit status, NCR close-out status etc. by reviewing the Monthly QA/QC Reports and providing feedback to project sites.
Attending pre-production meetings/reviews with suppliers /subcontractors.
Conduct Interview of supervisory and skilled Technicians to get competent staff to meet the Quality requirement since 2001
Review of CV of Project critical person and recommend to HRD.
Participate in interview process for various supervisory position and welders etc.
ISO 9001:2000 Certification
As Management Representative (MR) for Quality Management Systems of company, responsible for establishing, implementing and monitoring of Quality System and Quality Philosophy at Company's Corporate Office, all Group Offices as well as Project Offices/ Site.
Preparation of Quality Management System Documentation as per ISO 9001-2000.
Leading a team of Lead/Internal Auditors for conducting periodic audits at Corporate Office, Country Offices and Project sites in order to ascertain System Implementation and issuance of Non-conformances and taking Corrective Actions thereof.
Programming, receiving and ensuring continuance of ISO 9000 Certification for all Group companies. Liaison with Certifying Bodies for Surveillance Audits for all Group companies and maintaining continued `certification'. ABS QUALITY EVALUATIONS
